I want to update my previous feedback because since discussing the situation, Gary has personally apologized and fully resolved all issues. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that the situation was completely rectified. I appreciate the accountability and the effort to make things right. I also want to acknowledge Chris, the owner, who made sure the issue was addressed promptly and professionally. It’s clear that once management was involved, the focus was on resolution and customer care. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters ,and in this case, the team stepped up and followed through. I appreciate the time, communication, and effort that went into fixing everything.

My mother went into this shop for minimal work. After they worked on her Alfa Romeo, the computer did not work and her windows would not go down, they refused to work on it and said she had to go to Alfa Romeo, which she found a different mechanic in the neighborhood and they fixed it. And it wasn't an Alpha Romeo shop. This auto mechanic is a rip off and will ruin your automobile. I do not recommend going here.

It’s always hard to find car care places that you can trust, but I’ve found a good one. Eric and Chris will you what needs to be done to fix your car issues, and then actually DO just that, they fix it! Quick story, my sister bright her car into the dealer after the warranty just expired, because the TPM light went on. The dealer said they would have to install 4 new TPM for $600. I told her to take it to Eric and Chris at Goodyear on Main Street in Farmingdale where I go, They checked her tires, they were low on air, filled the tires and sent her on her way, no charge as happy as ever and another happy new customer was born lol! That’s how every place should do business…. honestly

I wanna just start by saying this is my mechanic now for life. I stopped in with a problem with my car within 15 minutes. My car was on the lift and the problem was being addressed. I can’t thank the guys enough they explained everything thoroughly and the price was perfect I recommend everyone of my friends and family to use this shop from here on. amazing service amazing people 10 star review if it was possible

Chris was very helpful with everything.(got 4 tires and an alignment from them 2 years ago) I came in for a blown out tire, they checked all tires and found some werent safe he went out of his way to send pictures of the other damaged ones. Got me the best deal for a new set. They did an alignment and my car is driving like new. They did it all in a day. I would give 100 stars to them.
