I had to have window tint removed in order to pass inspection. The tint was not fully removed, leaving patches of remaining tint on all four windows. A sticky residue was also left on all windows. I purchased a battery and two tires from them previously and everything was fine. I am not sure why anyone would think this is acceptable. I have had good experiences with Phil's Auto in the past and have talked to many people who say they have had positive experiences as well. I would rather they do nothing than do something like this. I now have a bigger problem than what I started with.

Had some work and an inspection done here and am so glad I finally found an honest mechanic that’s not trying to sell me on things I don’t need or take advantage of me. They were great! Fair prices, honest and they even fit me in quickly on a holiday weekend before I had to travel. Will definitely recommend this place and be back again!

They are really great at keeping you informed of what they may need to replace or about any charges that may be extra if they expect to run into problems. There wasn’t a long wait to get my car in he was willing to get it in next day but, I scheduled for 4 days later which he was willing to do as well. Josh or Jordan are primary mechanics and Josh is who I worked with. The cost is average honestly they were quoting on the high end so I knew what to expect if there were issues like he explained. The other garages I got quotes from in the area (6 others) weren’t anymore expensive but, the service and communication definitely made it simple for me to choose and is the best reason to choose Phil’s to fix your vehicle. 👍😎
