I’ve always had a great experience at North Road Auto. They are incredibly accommodating and make the entire process easy and transparent. I especially appreciate that they send a detailed report with pictures of different parts of your car, showing exactly what needs to be fixed and what can wait. They even provide estimated timelines for when certain things should be looked at or repaired, which helps with planning and budgeting. Shout out to John! He is very helpful, insightful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, making you feel comfortable and informed about the work being done on your car. Ive used No Road Auto for many years. I have always recommended North Road Auto. They have always told me what is needed ... oil change, new windshield wipers. and they give the amt before beginning the work. I'm happy with this busy establishment.

I can’t say enough good things about John and his team. After my brakes suddenly locked up, they were so accommodating even on a short notice. Even though I suddenly brought my car to them, they were able to have new parts brought to the shop and my car back on the road the next day. The entire staff was kind, patient, and extremely thorough, looking over my car and sending a detailed report. I will be going back, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic!
