This shop has been my go-to for exhaust work ever since I moved to Rochester 8 years ago. Every vehicle I’ve owned has gone here, and they’ve always delivered solid results. Most recently, I had a BORLA ATAK exhaust installed, and the work was done just as reliably as always. Their rates have gone up a bit recently, but they’re still fair and may cut you a break when they can (no guarantees). What really stands out is their consistency. I’ve never had to bring a vehicle back for a redo. The location feels safe, they offer a convenient key drop, and they’re great about keeping you updated throughout the process. Overall, a dependable spot I keep coming back to.

I have been using The Muffler Shop for a few years now for car repairs, they have been excellent to work with. The staff are always helpful with explaining what’s going on and what needs to be done. I feel like they have fair, reasonable pricing and also they work hard to get the job done in a decent amount of time. At this point all my kids take their cars here as well. And I have referred numerous people here for work as well and will continue to do so!

Small but mighty shop. The dealer referred me to this shop for exhaust repair. The dealer was going to charge 2600. The muffler shop repaired a good chunk of my exhaust for only 1k. I waited only 3 hours and worked in their very clean and comfortable waiting room. They were spot on with their quote and also assessment of time. While I was waiting, there were various people that came in who didn't have appts and also those who did. They were quick in giving an assessment to all customers. I am beyond impressed and would highly recommend.
