West Park Service Center

This was my first experience with West Park Service Center. Judy was phenomenal...she was in constant communication with me and explained all as it was happening. She advocated for me with the extended service contract company and made a breakdown as painless as possible. I will be going there for any needed work again!

I've been using this shop for years and they always deliver excellent service and reasonable pricing. They're always honest and never try to sell you something you don't need.

I had some issues previously with trying to find an auto body shop near me as I am new to the area and found this one to be very honest and clear communication with what was going on with my vehicle and was fixed. Definitely Happy to have them local to me.

Had to give up doing my own maintenance and repairs due to a back injury some time ago. Steve and the guys at West Park are the best. Thorough, price conscious, and honest. I'm very picky about who services my cars and don't have patience with any bullshit. These guys have been dependable and consistent for the folks I've recommended them to as well. I don't see how anyone with a clue could give these guys anything other than a great review. No, maybe they don't have a child's play area in the waiting room with a ball pit, but if that's what you want drop your kid at Chuckie cheese. This is a family owned garage that's been around for generations with a good following because they do great work and are good to their customers, not a franchise where they have a high turnover of kids working who can barely change your oil under supervision. This is the place I could trust to send my daughter to with her car for for good honest repair. FYI google has the map location and street view photo wrong. It is about a mile south of the location noted on the west side of the road, roughly across from the monastery. Not too hard to find when looking, as it's the only garage in that immediate area.
