Speed Connection LLC, 3556 State Route 5 and 20

Was getting a UHaul rental from their location and nothing was available. I went before business hours for 24/7 check in and the locks were all on the wrong boxes and no keys were in any box. Key drop box was also unlocked. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help remedy the situation had to wait over an hour and a half for anyone to show up. Majorly incompetent and may lack the ability to count to 4 also don’t expect their hours to be right. U-Haul regional manager was unable to reach them and was forced to move us to a different pickup location due to the lousy service and inability to do their jobs.

Used the 24/7 U-Haul and they never put the key in the box, never showed up at 9 when the business was supposed to open after waiting for an hour and a half after where were supposed to be able to pick it up. Couldn't get in contact with the business and had to go to a different U-Haul location to get one. These people are wildly incompetent wouldn't recommend
