I can’t thank this auto shop enough! I was in the middle of a road trip with a large nail in my tire and still had about five hours left to get home. They stopped what they were doing to help me right away, patched my tire quickly, and made sure it was safe for me to continue my drive. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help someone passing through meant so much. Thanks to them, I made it home safely without any issues. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area—you’ll be in great hands!

Had to have my 2013 GMC Truck frame repaired for rust. A major job. They did an excellent job at a fair price for what is involved. I restore Antique Cars and know good work and delivering what is promised. I brought my truck from Syracuse to have fixed here an hour and a half away from my home due to reputation. You can trust their work .

The folks at Kuntry Kustom are amazing, kind, thorough and straightforward. The best experience I’ve had with a mechanic shop in ithaca by far is with these folks. I highly recommend this shop to any person seeking to have a long term relationship with a mechanic they trust. I feel grateful to have found these folks and finally get an answer to an issue with my car that no one could diagnose previously. They also do very cool steel signs and decorations and digital printing. I was given an amplifier for my phone and have plans for a custom steel sign for my business.

These guys are awesome. I had bunch of suspension work and a lift installed on my Subaru Forester - struct/shock replacement, new control arms installation, new toe arms installation etc. This was one of the few places around Ithaca that allowed me to purchase the parts I wanted. Their labor rates are totally reasonable and the work is good. Additionally, these guys are some of the nicest and most genuine individuals I’ve interacted with for car service and just in general. I had a few questions about installing the lift on my Subaru that they were able to help me out with quickly, they were flexible with scheduling, and just so friendly on the phone and in person. It is so obvious that they enjoy what they do. 10/10 totally recommend.

The service was fast and professional. A very well equipped shop. This shop has WiFi. This auto mechanic has a beautiful location next to a state park. I was especially pleased to discover Bob the shop cat. Yes a very friendly shop cat lives here.
