I had to find a new mechanic to work on my Cooper mini. Ames was one of few Options so I thought I’d give them a try. Extremely impressed with the service I received. They were extremely thorough, even noticing that the screws holding my license plate were too long and scratching the vehicle.. Pete, the manager continuously cut me updated which I appreciated. Rob the owner was wonderful as well. Definitely glad I found them will be referring them to all my friends.

I wish there was a way to leave more than 5 stars. This is definetly my new go to place for any of my car needs. Super friendly and informative staff, good quality work and pretty fast. One thing that really stood out to me that I have never seen any other mechanic do is give out loner cars for free while they work on yours! Also they text you with pictures and a whole breakdown of what is happening with your car and what they are doing to it which is super helpful! Overall amazing people and amazing place would 100% recommend. Thanks guys!

I recently had work done at ames automotive and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was courteous, respectful, and professional, which made the process much easier than I expected. They took the time to explain the repairs clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of the work was outstanding. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great workmanship with honest communication and balanced pricing, but they managed to do all three. I truly appreciated how respectful they were of both my time and my concerns. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto mechanic that takes pride in their work and treats customers with courtesy and respect, I would absolutely recommend them.

5 stars! Jess and Peter provided superior customer service and did stellar work on my Mazda CX-5 (front whee bearing). They accommodated my schedule, were timely in getting the work done, clear communications, upfront pricing, and gave great details and breakdown (pictures included) of the work done (also guaranteed). They have worked on multiple vehicles for me and successfully repaired all that were possible. They also continue to maintain personal contact with their customers to make sure everything is well and good and continues that way. Both the mechanical work and customer service are impeccable. Fair, kind, honest, & quality work!
