I have bought a car from them, everything went well. But I forgot my expensive glasses there and they are refusing to send it back to me. I called and messaged them I also want to pay for the extra costs but no response. I am so disappointed with this behavior. No communication whatsoever, I am just asking for clarification about this situation. I need my classes back
