The best customer service I’ve ever had at an auto service shop! The Service Manager, Rob, was an amazing help! I came to the shop with tires that were on their last leg. Rob communicated with corporate about my warranty & got me a great deal! I received updates on where we were at in the process every step of the way. You can’t find that kind of communication these days so it is much appreciated. This kind of service makes the pain of taking your car to the shop astronomically better. Thank you guys so so much!!

So much for Goodyear's good reputation. On local service center is screwed up. They kept guessing and replacing parts and our car is not fixed $3400+. Local Toyota dealership caught they mess ups and caught the damage they did. We came in with the car bucking when stopping. They told us the bearings need replacement and cv joint and rear struts. Then abs sensor. Now I come to find they damaged our car and never told us. I found out the original problem was a vacuum hose. And the damaged our transfer case and they refused to replace it with a new part after not telling us they damaged it (fraud). Corporate Goodyear offers 25 cents to the dollar refund after this local store committed fraud refused to have pay full price to fix it right they want us to use used parts to save them money after they admitted what they did was wrong. Not my problem.

Great Store! They know their business - only recommended service that is needed for my older car. We feel like they are always looking out for us. Never had a mishap, always quality service. Highly recommend - if you come to this store - ask for Rob!
