Very competitive price & they do a great job. They clearly care about servicing cars and not trying to make a quick buck out of you. Had my state inspection done, oil & filter change, tires swapped out an aligned all for $130 which is more than reasonable IMO.
View on GoogleI have been going to Mr Tire since 2021, I had them install a lift kit and they recommended bigger tires, which I did. I have had to replace 2 tires due to cupping about every 6-8 months. This was expensive but, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They said they did alignments and balancing. Fast forward to this last time, I went in an needed two new tires for the same issue. I came and picked it up and it felt strange, when I got home I saw they put the wrong tires on. I called the next morning and the manager told me my tires are discontinued. I went to another shop because there was something very wrong with the handling of the vehicle, I asked if they could look up and see if my tires were discontinued and surprise! No, they weren’t. So I called back Mr Tire and told them that I had someone else look and my tires are not discontinued. Manager said oh, looks like they aren’t, come in and we will replace them. So I did. About a month later, cupping on the front tires happened again, I went in to get two new tires. Front desk said the manager talked to me and told me that they weren’t going to warranty out my tires anymore and that I needed to go back to stock tires. I said ok, I’ll get an oil change and an alignment with balance and see if that helps. I come to pick it up later and paid over $100, I asked how the alignment went and he said their machine doesn’t do “chunky tires” WHAT. So all this time I have been paying for an alignment and they haven’t been doing it? I went to Young Tires after all of this because I can’t afford to trust Mr Tire anymore. Young’s said I don’t need new tires, just an alignment. I got it! And guess what ! Rides like a damn dream.
View on GoogleEverything good once ya get to Mr. Tire. "They speak English very well". The AI that you have to make an appointment through is CRAPPY! VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND not very good ENGLISH. This place is in Horseheads but AI kept saying Elmira. UGH All I needed was a NYS inspection. Thank you guys for making it a pleasant experience. Someone needs to Dewey the seating area, spider webs everywhere on chairs, windows, table.

But not happy inspection bc the guy left lights in he says and drained battery so we had to drive it 50 miles to come back for the electronic test to complete. Not only did it take us $12 or more gas …. We wasted 45 minutes at least to put the miles in the car. $ and time … he should have offered us something for our trouble.
View on GoogleThey were open on a Saturday. They had the tires I needed. The appointment I made with them was in perfect timing. And I even had the oil changed. They were very proficient and efficient. I was very happy after that.
