Elmira Store Manager, Stacey Edgar is completely unprofessional. My boyfriend recently purchased tires, Stacey searched him on social media and sent inappropriate messages, this isn’t the first time, she’s known to do these kinds of things to families and customers. Extremely distasteful.

Staff is super friendly and their delivery speed is top notch. Stock is always good and they have a great selection.

We purchased brand-new tractor tires and unfortunately, less than three hours after installation, one of the tires was already losing air and now requires repair. We understand there is no warranty on the tires and respect that policy, however this experience has been very disappointing. Our previous tractor tires lasted well over 10 years without issue, so we expected these new tires to be a reliable upgrade. Sadly, that has not been the case. Due to this experience, we likely will not be ordering again in the future.
