They are incredibly condecending to me every single time I talk to them. I dont know much about cars, but my husband is literally a mechanic and tells me exactly what is wrong / what to say. They dismiss what I say and take advantage to try and upsell me on services / maintenance every time I am there. Ive been there four or five times because it was conveniently close, but I will never be going there again, every single time they treat me like an idiot with a wallet. Its not worth it. Dont come here.

I ended up picking monroe for my inspection because my usual shop couldnt get me in till mid febuary. Dave checked my car over and quoted me over 1300 for repairs. I havent had any issues with my car, except for my front tires not being in as good of shape as they should(my fault). So I agreed to the two new tires, and brakes/rotors(havent been done in awhile but my car drove and stopped like it should). That cost 908 including taxes. Not really in my budget right now... I had to make it work. I leave and head back to my house a few mins away. I hear this wooshing sound. One of the new tires they put on was going flat, leaking out air. Had to go back. They did fix the issue. They were nice. But I wont be going back, I get they need to make sure the car is safe but to recommend more then what is needed to pass inspection upset me, then to ask me how much I can afford and payment plans if I needed help. No thankyou. They wanted me to get a new battery too. The price quoted was 250, for the car I have I know for a fact they arnt that price. I wouldnt say they are a bad place to go but for sure not my first or second choice because I feel they were being pushy.
