My family is new to town and currently going through several major transitions, including moving, getting settled, and managing vehicle issues. During this stressful time, the team at Goodyear in Elmira, NY provided exceptional service. I would especially like to thank Tony and Ken at the front desk. They were patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered in detail, and they took the time to explain things in a way that helped me understand and trust the recommendations being made. What stood out most was how respectfully and warmly I was treated. The staff went out of their way to help, and their customer service made a difficult situation much easier to manage. It's rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with genuine care for their customers. Thank you to everyone at Goodyear Elmira for your excellent service, patience, and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you did and highly recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle service.

Brought my vehicle in for inspection and was quoted well over $2400 in repairs. Brought it in to another non-chain shop and they quoted me 1/4 that price and told me most of the work Goodyeat cited didn't even need to be done!! Be careful here.

I had a fuel line rupture on my drive home and had to stop in for emergency repairs. The team at Elmira Goodyear Auto Service were able to pinpoint the leak and fix it quickly, on a Saturday. I wouldn't have known what to do without these great guys and their dedication to helping people in need. Because of them, I was able to drive the last 220 miles home without any issues.

I was referred to Goodyear. I spent over $7000 in 2 weeks. The manager Bart Piersimion every time said I was good to go. They never drove the vehicle! They definitely upsaled me on parts that were less than OEM and junk! I literally had sway bar links go "bad" within 2 weeks and was charged 300% more than a quality part. I'm pretty sure they charged me for parts and labor that never happened! I put my trust in these guys and I'm still having issues with the front end! They claimed I had a rear main seal leak. I took it to a dealer and there was no evidence of that! I'm not a mechanic but I do know that for $7000 worth of work I shouldn't have a single problem! Some say 3 times is a charm. I'm going on 5. They did a complete rebuild of the front end. Again when they put a rack and pinion for$850 Bart said it was perfect and good to go. The steering clunked so bad even Firestone could hear it! So perfect and good to go! They had to replace that rack with another$1250 "OEM". When I say money isn't an object, it doesn't mean put me in debt for absolute bullshit!

Scheduled an oil change appointment and everything went smoothly until I had to actually drive my car. Got my oil changed before a long 4 hour drive so the car would be ready, and as soon as I hit the highway the oil cover shield plate under the car fell off as it was not bolted properly. Completely ruined the drive as I had to pull over every 30 minutes to tape the skid plate over and over. It is completely unacceptable for a professional shop like this to do such lousy and unprofessional work on something as simple as an oil change. As a local student, I put my trust in their hands and will not allow anyone to make the same mistake I did. I thought that paying a little extra for an oil change for the peace of mind of a good professional job would be the smart move, instead it is now costing me double as I have to replace the skid plate because it is completely torn apart. Nonetheless, Tony at the front desk was a friendly and kind gentleman. Just very unfortunate that there is a lack of quality control at this good year and they are letting the simple mistakes pass.
