I had a rack n pinion replaced by them. When they replaced this, they ended up damaging internal wiring, causing a second day to splice the wiring they accidentally severed with the rack cutting it when they put it in. Then 6 months later I heard a loud pop and thrn steering wheel play. Brought it back in and they said the bolts came loose from the rack. Only then they decided put blue lock tight on the bolts to prevent the anchor bolts of the rack coming loose. However when the rack came loose, the intermediate steering shift was damaged in the short drive afterwords to the shop since the popping noise. I tried to get the mechanic to cover the costs as it was obviously damage from the rack coming loose, but they denied it of course and said it was too long. I mean they were honest about the wires but that is because the car wouldn't even start when I went to pick it up after the rack replacement. But they also are not so honest as the mechanic is not fessing up to the fact that the intermediate shaft was damaged from the rack coming loose. (This is the part that the steering wheel goes into the rack n pinion). So if they damaged wires putting the rack in they obviously damaged the intermediate shift as well. This car had about 60k miles on it and was only 4 years old too. So it wasnt a rusty POS that was hard to work on. If it was 20 years old and had 200k on it, i wouldn't even write this review. But this car was new and had nothing wrong at the time i brought it in except a leaking rack n pinion. And now it has a splice in the harness, and a damaged intermediate shift. Maybe I even need the whole rack replaced again. I would avoid the shop, as you bring one thing in to fix and it comes out with two more things broken. To the owner....I dont even know if you offered to replace the shaft for free of part and labor, if i would even bring it in. I would be concerned that you would damage something else while replacing that. But of course you haven't even offered.

Can't say enough about how great this little place is. They have excellent service, are informative and most importantly honest. Other places have told me I needed work that I didn't actually need. This place you can actually trust to be honest. Highly recommend.
