Honestly one of the best places I've taken my car. They were very honest and VERY efficient. They were also super patient (I was anxious and called a lot.) I appreciated their help and their honesty. I would defiantly come here again and recommend others.

Took my van in on Tuesday Oct 28 with in one hour they said it needed a cluster well their mechanic didn't show up on Wednesday they did nothing on Thursday thru Tuesday the mechanic went home Tuesday for lunch never came back went back Wednesday November 5 and was told the mechanic did not show up again and my vans dash is still not put back together yet . No other mechanic there knows how to put it back together. No communication with me unless.i stop at the shop to see what was going on.

If I could, I would actually give a negative review. I took my car here because they were recommended by another. Garage had my vehicle towed there for a transmission problem. They then quoted me $4500 to rebuild. Keep in mind a brand new transmission I was able to buy for $2500 and a remanufactured Transmission was under 2000 so this amount was just crazy to me. My transmission said that they didn’t even touch it just diagnosed it. How can you diagnose a vehicle without touching it then when we called and told them we had another Garage that was willing to do it for $1600 and a one year warranty they proceeded to say what are you gonna put in a junkyard transmission now remind you that $1600 is for this Garage that I decided to go with to rebuild my transmission, but they agreed that they would test drive it and do A proper diagnosis on it to make sure that I don’t need a rebuilt transmission or a new one so the new garage is going above and beyond unlike this one horrible experience will never take my business there again in the future. Let me add since the response gotten back was dripping with distain. The $1600 was including the rebuild and install and removal and everything and it is not my family it is an actual auto repair shop in Berkshire so I stand by my statement, will never go back here ever again in my lifetime.

Went in with transmission slipping. Said I was low on transmission fluid and they were going to perform a flush and I will be good. Nope!!! Even worse now

My car had a classic situation needing a quick fix right before Christmas Eve. Eagle took me right in and got straight to work even though they had other repairs they were working on. Bill was extremely helpful and generous with his time. Feel lucky to have a place like this around l!
