If i could give no stars and an F- i would! I like Paulina, but she needs to retrain her staff and teach them professional behavior. NASTY,RUDE AND DOESN'T SHOW FOR HOURS OR NOT AT ALL. ONCE I GET MY CAR ON ROAD IM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE TOWN. AND IT SEEMS IM NOT ONLY ONE COMPLAINING. I MISS ABES TAXI. THESE GUYS ARE INCOMPETENT!

She said no taxi until 2pm that time at 1.40pm I'm OK i wait until 2pm i called her again She said okay i will send taxi to you then i wait 40 minutes no taxi came i called again She said wait another 5 minutes okay i wait one hour no taxi show up i called again She said don't call no taxi what kind of service they giving

Last 3 times I have called CJs to confirm a medicaid trip for an important appointment, I was met with a nasty attitude all because I wanted to know if they got the trip so that I can rest easy knowing I'll make it to my appointment. Absolutely no empathy, no professionalism. Last week we were told to call a day ahead of the trip which brought stress as the trip is important and if it cant be accommodated, it leaves very little time to seek another company. But we called a day ahead as told and were told to call back in the morning. When? At 5 am? An hour before scheduled pick up? The place isnt open. This is in regards to necessary procedures and CJs should have just checked last week if the trip was in the system as it was send over a week ago. If it wasnt, it would have given us time to schedule another can. But a day ahead? We already missed one important neuro app because of this. Can't depend on that place to even check their systems. Apparently meeting them back with same energy was wrong as the boss called and the first thing she said was "You're nasty with my employee?!" ,are you being for real? Is this how you speak to potential customers who chose your community cab? You state this yet there is no way you don't know Miss Danielle is nasty to customers over the phone and you come at customers for snapping back at a disrespectful dispatcher? We chose CJs because it's a community cab.We don't know what happened to that place but will never use that place again.

They are great and really helped us out when we were stranded. The dispatcher was really nice and patient, while I tried to figure out the address of my location. They sent a cab within 5 minutes of our call. The driver was friendly and the cab was clean! Thanks, C J Cabs!

Shocking. Absolutely shocking. I called at 2.30 pm and it’s now nearly 4 pm and I’ve been lied to twice now by a female on the phone. I’m desperate to get my car from the mechanics before they close and still not here. Don’t call this cab company if you don’t want to wait two hours.
