From the moment I walked in, Chris stood out with an incredible attitude—friendly, energetic, and just someone who clearly enjoys what he does. He made the whole experience feel easy and actually enjoyable, which you don’t come across often. What really impressed me though was that it wasn’t just him—the entire staff carried that same kind of positive vibe. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to be around. It made a lasting impression and is a big part of why I’d come back again.

I bought my Suburban from AC in 2008 and they serviced both my Corvette ZO6 and my other Suburbans even before the 2008.And they always treat me right. They are honest and first rate. Can't ask for more than that.

While in Elizabethtown calamity struck my diesel Chevy Colorado and the engine light came on with a reduced engine power message. Having to return to NJ, I was understandably anxious with a big freeze coming in, and having unreliable cell service and no local support whatsoever. I was so relieved when I saw Adirondack Chevy... These guys are the best !! Jeremy in service was fantastic, and was able to fit me into the day's workflow and have my truck diagnosed and the problem resolved within a couple of hours. Kudos to the entire service team, not to mention Kris and John for taking the time to put an "out-of-towner" at ease. This is how customer service is done !

Stopped in today to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. Was greeted by Todd as we were looking over this vehicle. Initial conversation and test drive went well. That was the extent of the positive experience we encountered. Todd can't make an decisions or answer a question without texting the owner of the company (who clearly was not in the building). No trade in numbers, no vehicle prices, he couldn't even figure out how to provide the carfax report for me. Tried to get me to leave several times by telling me he would just text me the information. (Because he can't answer a question without texting the owner). Told him I had cash to put deposit down, so I'd prefer not to leave after driving 45mins to get there. He seemed very irritated that we were willing to wait around. He told me a certain dollar amount could come off the vehicle, then in the end said nope, the owner won't budge on the vehicle price. Very poor experience. Will never go there again.

I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. The service department of Adirondack Chevrolet is the best! From the friendliness of the staff to the attention to detail in their services, you know you're in good hands.
