United Auto Foreign Domestic & Diesel

Had work done 1.5 years ago with service now light on. United got my BMW to pass inspection. Was not cheap but was much less than the dealer. Recently a fuel injector was leaking gasoline. United advocated with dealer for a Replacement fuel injector which was an original equipment dealer part. United convince the dealer I was at their shop: I did not want to go to the dealer: I wanted united to install the dealer part which went bad; and took care of sourcing the part and installing it. was very efficient and Most important there was no charge for the part or for the service from united auto. I highly recommend them with confidence and will Continue to have my BMW serviced at united auto.

I took my VW Jetta (diesel/TDI) here for an oil change. I didn't specify that it was a diesel when I called originally, so the price I was quoted for was lower than the actual price. I fully planned on paying the higher price, but I was happily surprised that they honored what I was quoted for. I respect businesses with great ethics like that, and I'll be back in the future. Service was great, employees were friendly, and the appointment was quick.

Replaced my thermostat effectively and efficiently, 1k miles later and check engine light has stayed off. on a unfortunate note, I also at same time got an inspection done when i was told it was recommended that i should replace my timing belt and water pump even though right under the hood there’s a sticker from audi buffalo saying it was serviced at 98k miles (was at 125k at the time) How is that something you don’t see. Felt like an unnecessary recommended up charge based on the fact i’m a young girl

Excellent customer service, reasonable prices. Brought my Arteon here to be lowered, got it back the same day. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work done on foreign cars.
