Aws was outstanding! He was professional, friendly, and took great care of my car. He changed my brakes and rotors, and the service was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Aws to anyone looking for a great mechanic!
View on GoogleThank you so much to Scruggs! I realized both my brake lights were out, and definitely wanted to fix immediately. I pulled up to Scruggs hoping they would be available to help and they were able to replace the lights right away. A small task that could be a big problem, and they were so friendly and kind about it! Will definitely be returning for scheduled maintenance. Thank you!
View on GoogleAmazing Service and Great Prices! Scruggs Automotive Repair was fantastic! I dropped my car off, and they had it taken care of in no time. The price was unbelievable — while other shops quoted me $800 for the same job, Scruggs only charged $230! The quality of service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future services.
View on GoogleThis is the second time we’ve taken a car of ours to this location of Scruggs and they are wonderful. The young man at the counter when I stopped in to make the appointment was so polite and friendly and at the morning drop off as well. When the car was ready, the gentleman at the counter at pickup was equally friendly, polite and respectful. It’s a pleasure doing business with this location.
View on GoogleI had a nail in my tire a few months ago and they fixed my tire in an emergency. He was so polite and helpful thst i decided instead of going to the dealer for my oil changes from now on. So pleased with the customer service and professionalism. This is a neighborhood shop so i just leave my car and return when it is ready.
