My English is quite poor, so I wasn't able to successfully book a maintenance appointment for my car online. On that particular day, I dropped by unannounced and asked if it would be possible to have my vehicle serviced without a prior appointment. The staff there didn't hesitate; they were cheerful, enthusiastic, and went out of their way to help me get everything on my car repaired—doing so quickly and flawlessly. Everything about my experience here was truly excellent.

I bought my car a year ago with Brandan Brochey as my salesperson and I’ve had only excellent experiences since. I was his first sale, and the management team had his back during the entire process. Checking in to make sure he didn’t need help, asking if I had any questions. Brandan had all the cars I wanted to drive lined up. I didn’t end up going with Mazda, I went with a Subaru and Brandan didn’t hand me off to someone else. Instead he took the time to learn their process and how it varies from Mazda. He was out there putting my new plates on in January weather at 6pm. 10 months later I had questions about my oil, Brandan went to the service center and got my answers. He sent a one year anniversary text to make sure I was still happy with my car, and that led to another sale for him because I referred my partner to him. Brandon Carncross at Subaru was also incredibly helpful and informative. He explained the warranties my car came with, what was and wasn’t covered, and all my additional warranty options. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase like at some dealerships. I’m disappointed I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me get to know all my car’s features. I do remember the Tim from Subaru helping my partner get to know her car, and answering questions for me as well. He said come back any time if any other questions came up. They go through every single little detail. Flawless service. Lastly, the service center is awesome. Andy has been the technician on my car twice, once for a repair and once for my inspection. He keeps me updated on status and answers questions kindly. I had some concerns about my remote start after the transmitter was acting up and he went above and beyond to reassure me and said to give him a call if anything else came up. Sometimes dealerships and mechanics talk to women like they don’t know any better. That isn’t my experience with Northtown at all. I can’t recommend them enough.
View on GoogleI was taking care of as soon as I entered the building. No wait. Andrew was awesome. No issues with him at all. Very clean establishment. Waiting area is Excellent. Great coffee. They kept in communication with me. Not long of a wait. I just wish I would have gotten a price first because I paid triple for a car battery. Insane. Found out I should have gone to Interstate. So much for dealerships being price completive. My bad. Live and learn.
View on GoogleBrought my Impreza in for a transmission fluid refresh and a recall. Made appointment easily online. Was met with all great people at the shop. They walked through the whole process of the day. Did a full inspection and sent me a list of fixes with prices attached. I could say yes or no and they did all the work within the same day. No waiting for parts or drawn out labor. Andy kept me informed throughout the day and even told me about beginning issue with bearings he heard when test driving. Over all geet experience.
View on GoogleMy car needed a new tire pressure sensor, $80 part. I expect it will be upcharged for the labor and it being Subaru, but they wanted to replace all 4 for no reason and charge me $900. As it was I was already spending $1200 for rear brakes, fluid, and new air filters. I specifically asked if the front brakes still looked ok because last time I had them done pretty close to my rears. Was told they got a “green” rating, not even yellow. Well, now that my rear brakes are fixed, I can hear that my front brakes are making noise as well. They asked if I needed a shuttle to pick it up, I said yes, they never sent one. So I ended up getting a ride much later in the day, when I arrived I was asked if I wanted my car washed… uh yeah, I just spent $1200 here it should already be done lol. So I waited even longer for that and between waiting for a shuttle that never came, and waiting for my car to be washed, it made me late to pick up my son. Looking at the bill labor was $600. After they texted me to approve services, they texted me an hour later that my car was done. So, you charge $600 an hour for labor? Feeling ripped off, and now I have to get another day off work to get the front brakes and tire pressure sensor replaced elsewhere. The time before this they kept my car all day for an oil change and inspection and also didn’t have it done when I needed (I needed it back at 4pm, they had 8 hours so not a huge ask), but at least that time the manager was super nice and they didn’t charge so I gave them another shot.
