It was one of the best experience in any dealer service experience. Charles was so great and best as expected, familiar to why I was there, what expected, details and knowledgeable to answer any question and gave me min/max time expectation. Nothing to worry or concerns. Actually, the service was completed within beat time he targeted for me. As simple note, everything was perfect and better than I expected. Best ever in my experience all and specially in Northtown.

Larry was my contact for this visit to North Town KIA. I brought my car in for an oil change and a state inspection. Larry was friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed as to the progress of the services that I ordered. Over all a good experience, and I would recommend their service department.

I shouldn't do this review since my car still isn't fixed but frustration has taken over. Called for check engine light January 20. Was told safe to drive. Next appointment January 29. Come in. Not being looked at for 6 hours we'll shuttle you home.. get call. We don't have parts to fix. It'll be 3 to 5 days for parts. I get shuttle back take car. I waited 11 days for call. I call. Oh yeah the part came in last week.. I waited till car was ready, later that day check engine light back on. Call a nice lady said bring it right in and we'll check it. I arrive and service guy said not for 4 hours and told me he didn't care what I was promised.. I had to call and the next evening and it still wasn't checked. Finally I get a call back what was wrong and that it would take a week. So finally I get car back and that same evening the check engine light is on. So tomorrow morning I am back to the dealership. The end.

Justin , You would think the dealer would go to bat for a customer. My Kia 2.4 theta engine quit at 103600, Looking at the World Wide Web . Many in the same boat. So Kia has a class action law suit against them. Why because they made faulty motors. Every one of the motors will end up the same way. And they know it. So they will try and discourage the owners by saying you didn’t maintain your car. On the report why was there nothing on the way the oil in the engine looked . Well it is still clean , you can see right thru it. Does that look like the car was not maintained. So I tow the car to your dealership telling you the motor seized up. It quit on my wife at a stoplight. What if it would have quit on her when it was going around a curve at 30 mph . And there was no power steering or brakes. So I show receipts of oil and filters that fit that car . And because I changed it you think I bought oil and didn’t change it Then why would I make 11 purchases of oil and filters . Can’t use 5w 20 full synthetic to cook with . Keep asking who is the person that made the decision, nobody knows . I was told by a Kia mechanic that if the dealer turns you down Kia will stick with it . Why, Kia doesn’t pay for it and the dealer doesn’t have to be paid Again by Kia for another Junk motor . Nowhere on the KSDS paperwork does it say don’t change your own oil. It says use the correct parts and show receipts. I did. So 220 bucks to tell me my motor is blown 350 bucks in towing and the car is back in my driveway 6 weeks later . Any mechanic could tell you the motor did not seize do to not changing oil . So Kia America customer claims tells me I’m a liar. And someone in between is a liar , but I know it’s not me . And my friend who assisted me at least 4 times with oil changes knows it’s not me. So why don’t you tell me who it is . Thanks for everything. By the way I bought the car with 70k miles on it from a dealer. The dealer in December of 2018 never mentioned anything about a recall . The class action was filed well before that date. And I could not find any records of service on that Car before 70k on Carfax . Carfax was mentioned to me that I had no records of oil changes on car fax ?? Since when was that a law . I’m not done yet . It is not anything about money now . It is how a customer is led to believe his Warrenty would be backed up . Because if the customer didn’t think that was the deal , don’t you think i would of dumped the car a long time ago. As you can see for a 12 year old car it is been taken care of of on the outside and the inside. Photos are in the Northtown Kia lot . I was very pleased with my service appt at North town Kia. My horn needed repair since it was inoperable. Service manager David was extremely pleasant and so helpful in explaining what the issue was. Horn works great now! Thanks David!
