Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

We came here a week ago for an inspection and to get brakes down. They quoted us almost 800 so the manager suggested we buy our own brakes and then come back and he will charge us $150 for labor. We made an appointment on Sunday and the guy at the desk said he couldn’t do an inspection because the manager wasn’t there and that he doesn’t know what’s happening. When we came in he was just sitting on his phone and it was very obvious he just didn’t want to do the work. Won’t come again.

I would like to say thank you to Daevantae he is one very smart ,bright and hardworking young man and very helpful. I walked into the store today and noticed he was the only person there working on 4 cars !!! By himself at first I stood there for a second and I watched him go from one car to the next until I finally asked for help. He came up and you can tell he was frustrated but he put a smile on his face and asked how could he help me I told him I had a flat tire. He asked for my keys and got my car and patched the tire not only did he fix my tire he put the spare back in the car for me and set my air in all my tires to the correct pressure. After he finished the car I asked him how much did I owe him he said “you coming in and putting a smile on my face was all the payment I needed thank you” keep up the hardwork young man it’s going to pay off I will recommend everyone I know to this place 😁

Hello, I’ve come to Mr. Tire for my car inspection several times of the last few years. This particular time scheduling was a breeze however not accurate. I went three times before I was able to actually have an appointment. One was a holiday however they were working it was slow and so they were dismissed early. My appointment was at 4:30 and upon my arrival no one was there. I rescheduled myself for 7:30 the next morning and upon my arrival, I was informed that the person that does the inspections was off that day and when I did arrive for my 7:30 appointment the following day on Wednesday. Everything went well however I was frustrated with the lack of professionalism for them. They said they had no control over the scheduling that that was handled elsewhere.

I've been here a few times and they are always friendly, helpful and efficient. They've never tried to rip me off before or take advantage, and they usually make my day by easily solving the issue I'm having. I wish I could remember the three guys' names that were there tonight, but I have a terrible memory. I was there 12/3/25 at 5pm-ish. All three were wonderful and I'm happy they are here to help serve the community.

Shout out to Fred, the manager at this location for being able to get my urgent tire situation fixed in less than a half hour! Very professional, friendly and the service was fantastic through and through. Please use them for your next tire service, you will absolutely not regret it!
