Jessica and the staff at Land Rover Buffalo are the most efficient and friendly dealership. They always go above and beyond with my vehicle. Checked and repaired all warranty issues, changed tires, truck came back vacuumed and washed also. They even had it ready before my quoted time frame. Thank you for your great service!

The service provided was exceptional, from start to finish. The scheduling was impeccable, and the service exceeded my expectations. The overall experience I have with the brand is 85% of the experience, and the service is the remaining 15%. While I am a loyal customer of the brand, their service is truly unmatched.

This was the first time I had my Range Rover serviced at the Land Rover Buffalo Service in Getzville. There was a charging error on the dash, and I knew my battery life was limited. I arrived right as they opened to drop off without an appointment, as I was advised. At first, a few people working just said hello but kept passing by. I was a little concerned I might have to wait a while. Then Jessica stepped in! She was awesome!! Provided excellent service calling me when she said she would with updates. I really appreciated her taking such great care. On a side note, the new space they moved into is really modern and beautiful.

Took my Defender in for oil change, tire rotation and a few issues the vehicle was having. While there the service was promptly provided with a loner vehicle while I waited for vehicle to be completed. Shawn kept me updated with the status of my vehicle throughout the service and advised that Land Rover was working on a fix with an update soon for my issues. I was very satisfied with the service and Shawn.
