I had a really disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. Jerry claims he uses genuine BMW oil, but I suspect otherwise. While I was there, I noticed large containers of bulk Fram oil in the shop, which made me question what was actually being put into my vehicle. If you’re paying for premium, manufacturer-specific oil, you expect to receive exactly that—not something substituted without your knowledge. This lack of clarity raises concerns about transparency and honesty. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t fully trust this shop and would recommend others ask detailed questions and verify what products are being used before agreeing to any service.

I have been going to Jerry for more than a decade. He always prices my work fairly and backs up his service with a review if you still have a question. He is very straightforward and does not beat around the bush. Which I appreciate. I now have my son and daughter also getting car repair work done there.

I used to bring my 3 series here all the time when I lived in Buffalo. 10 years later I was back visiting family and I needed service on my X5. Jerry and the team fixed it quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs. This is the best shop for German cars in Buffalo.

Jerry & team are the best! He’ll take the time to thoroughly explain the situation (in Lehman’s terms) and do a good job for a reasonable price (often gives options). He’ll also be honest and tell you when you need to go to the dealer under specialized circumstances.
