Addison is one of the best things that happened to the Maple Road location! He gets things done quickly and professionally! His customer service makes my day better every time, even though I'm dealing with my car's issues. Give that man a raise!

This place has become a complete joke. I scheduled an oil change and inspection three times in a row, and each time I showed up, they claimed there was no inspector available and asked me to reschedule. For the last appointment, I even let them choose the time—they told me to drop off the car at 8 AM on Saturday and said they'd call when it was ready. I showed up exactly as instructed, and they gave me the same excuse again. They claimed they called me, but I never received anything. It’s no surprise they’re asking customers to leave fake five-star reviews in exchange for a $25 discount. The only reason I kept going is that i have a lifetime alignment package with them unfortunately, but not anymore. this shop used to be reliable, but it’s gone downhill fast. Don’t be fooled.

These guys are the best! I tried to take my car to Midas for service because they were a bit cheaper, and boy did I regret it. Sadly, Midas installed my brakes incorrectly and it was Firestone that fixed it and also provided me the documentation to ensure I received a full refund from Midas.

I have had excellent service from Chris every time I have work done at this location. The turn around time is completely efficient and I am always 100% satisfied with the work I have done. I drive 45 minutes for all my tire and alignment needs specially to have Chris service my truck. Thanks, Chris!
