Absolutely, the most arrogant mechanic.I've ever met my entire life. I'm with my granddaughter, we had a flat, we had to drive a quarter mile to get to the gas station. The old man comes out. I ask him if he can plug it. It's a brand new tire. He said, you just drove it when it was flat. I said the tire went flat instantly and we stopped and put air on it at the gas station and drove not even one block to get to the mechanic shop.So that they could fix it.. not even a quarter of a mile. He said you need to buy a brand new tire. I said. Can't you please just plug it? He said, no >i wont. I can sell you a brand new tire. I told him the tires were one month old. He was arrogant, he was nasty, he was spitting as he was talking. He said, I won't fix this for you. I drove the car to w&m auto repair where we found the nicest mechanics in the world who actually fixed the tire and plugged it. I said, even though there was a tiny bit of rubbing on the side from driving while it was flat, he realized I had no choice.And there was nothing dangerous about the tire.. They fixed the tire instantly. That old man was miserable. He was a nasty nasty grump, and I had my grandchild with me. He allowed us to drive away with a bad tire. A dangerous tire, it was losing air. Because he wanted me to buy a brand new tire from him.. W&M are amazing, they plugged it?And they said the tire is safe, and they understood that I had to drive it a block to get it to a gas station ...they didn't reprimand me like this old grump old man did.. They assured me that the tire was safe and I did not need a new tire..

I've been bringing my cars to Mitchy's for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My car goes in and comes out fixed in a timely manner. I enjoy the family vibe probably because they are family. I highly recommend this establishment.
