They got me in quickly, to evaluate my car for some work I needed to have done. They called me a few hours later, to come back down to show me the things we should fix (which I really appreciated). They seemed like really good/honest guys, and told me they could get me in to do the work, in a day or two, and would call me the next day with the estimate. Days went by and no phone call-I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again, several days later. I was told they were finishing up the estimate and would call me in a couple hours. I Never got a call back..I was super disappointed, I felt really good about the place and was looking forward to doing long term business with them.

Best Car and Truck repair shop in town. Highly recommended and highly reliable. When you need your car to get done right and back in a timely matter these are the mechanics you should go to. Knowledgeable and before doing any costly repairs will give you a night to think about it and give an answer the following morning. To me giving me time to gather resources before pulling the trigger on front end work is a big deal, not to many places I have gone are as understanding as these folks working this shop. Will definitely be back. Top notch service!!!

Best mechanic around hands down. Honest, trustworthy and ALWAYS squeeze me in with the annoying amount of problems I have. Great customer service, even when they are extremely busy. I have been going here for years and I will never go anywhere else!

Excellent technicians at their craft who are kind, honest, timely with their work, and who charge a fair rate. I have lived in several places and had to go to many auto shops over the years - at other locations, I pretty consistently had the experience of being spoken down to, with some shops outright lying to me about certain things (like trying to upsell services or claim that a small superficial scratch on a single tire tread warranted replacing all four tires, among many other things), but this business has always been the exception! I trust them to diagnose the issue, explain it clearly, and provide quick turnarounds at fair rates. They clearly explain the problem(s) with your vehicle, various possible solutions with their respective pros/cons, and more. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

I had issues with my Range Rover and these guys came to the rescue. They were able to promptly tow my truck to their shop and find the issues. They even used Range Rover parts from the dealer and repaired my vehicle within a couple days. I live in Brooklyn over 50 miles from them but I wouldn’t hesitate to drive out or have my cars towed to them for a repair. Already planning on bringing my Cadillac to get looked at. Highly recommend this shop. 6 stars
