I arrived five minutes before my appointment, attendant came out, the tires I ordered online were installed quickly and efficiently. The price was unbeatable and the service exceptional.

Some days are better than others. Sometimes they will not balance the tire. I had an appointment for tire rotation. Went there and they said come back after putting more miles on tires.

They deserve a zero star… I brought my car there to have new tires installed at the Bjs farmingdale. However they were unsuccessful in installing the tires as they rounded a lug bolt and totally cancelled the work. I had to bring my car to another tire shop, who successfully pulled the rounded bolt. After that ordeal, I had been incessantly calling to get a new appointment to have my tires installed but the phone calls were never picked up, no matter what time I called them. Don’t buy your tires here, they are a bunch of amateurs.

I just got new tires yesterday and TPMS sign came on already. Calling them to know when can I come to check it out but like always they NEVER pick up the phone in Tire Bay. Either BJ'S need more people to work at this location or get responsible/trained technician.

Just a heads up, great price but if they damage your rim during installation it is pushed onto a half-assed insurance company. You will be denied your claim and its your problem. Actually it was 2 rims but I didn't notice the 2nd on the bead till after a few weeks so realistically I wouldn't expect anything from that. My 2 year old tires were the original tires from the factory, never been off till they touched them. Be warned.
