West Herr Cadillac Service and Parts

Service was great Noah took great care of me. I pulled in door opened, I was greeted immediately and then Noah took over, very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve said this before , I use to dread going to the dealership but since 1979 when I bought my first West Herr car from Chuck Schmidt things changed. Now I look forward to my appointments Thank you West Herr, Noah and Chuck.

Great place, great service. Had my CTS serviced there recently and they were able to complete all work in a timely fashion and worked with me on the total cost before durning and after the work was complete. I will be trusting them with my caddy going forward 100%

We have always been pleased with the service we received at West Herr. The staff is very polite and courteous. The jobs are always completed in a very timely manner also.

On my recent service visit to west herr Cadillac I was greeted by Jonathan Szafarski and Laurie , I was greeted at the desk ,given a loaner car ,Jonathan explained what was being done ,had a cup of special coffee and went home to do some errands ,I got a call later that day to return and pickup my car which was all finished and even cleaned up, the service was very special and I was very pleased with the work .
