West Herr Buick GMC of East Aurora Service and Parts

I was having a couple concerns regarding the shifting with my gmc truck. They were very quick to set up the appointment and get me into a rental while they looked the vehicle over for the day. Within 10-15 minutes of arriving and after having a short conversation about what the vehicle was doing I was on my way home with my rental. The next day I was called with an update and my vehicle was ready to be picked up! They went above and beyond all the way around. 5 stars for Jonathan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service by Johnathan in the service department. I’m actually from Buffalo I was traveling to take my daughter to a track meet at Houghton University while on our way there my low tire pressure light came on I pulled over on the expressway and air was coming out of my tire rapidly, I immediately exited and by the time I got to the gas station I went in came out and my tire was flat I attempted to add fix a flat but didn’t know how someone told me a service station was up the road so I feel the tire back up with air and hit down the road and came across West Herr. Emotionally and saddened due to my daughter missing her track meet I entered West Herr and spoke with Jonathan… He immediately said he’ll have someone take a look at it and fix my tire. He didn’t try to sell me a new tire he didn’t try to overprice me not to mention that I really didn’t have the funds to com molybdate the service that was needed but when I tell you I was so appreciative of the service that I receive I am forever thankful. Thank you Johnathan for being an angel in disguise. If I was in that area I would definitely go back and I will also recommend their service.. He’s a keeper!

as usual a good experience, Noah, svc mgr, was totally professional, courteous and resolved my tire issue as needed. I have nothing but good remarks for West Herr & their service dept. for 2 vehicles. Been dealing with them for many years now, will continue to do so.

Jonathan was great at letting me know exactly what was wrong with my car. Was originally told it would be 2-3 weeks , it was 7. I realized that was not West Herrs fault. What I didn’t appreciate was that the service manager did not give me one update during the 7 weeks to let me know what was going on, felt like she forgot about me. The only updates I received were when I reached out to my salesman and he called service to find out. I have my car back now and it seems fine and I am confident in the work that was done as I trust Jonathan

I contacted West Herr GMC for a warranty issue regarding my newly purchased vehicle. My first encounter was with Michael at the service desk. Michael was quick, efficient and explained the process required in order to fix my vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle in and repaired quickly and the work performed by the techs was excellent and my overall experience was great! Thanks so much to Michael and the crew at West Herr GMC!
