Sold a car starter that was an aftermarket one that missed up our car. Bought new battery, still didn't work, had the car towed twice because the car starter he installed was the wrong one. He eventually took it out but lifted wires connected and had to go back and have him take them out after we took the car to the Kia dealership in Jamestown and they found wires cut which cost $460 . When we told Tom the owner he refused to compensate us any money fir the cost from Kia. Buyers beware, what was your be a gift for my wife turned into months of hassles.

Tom is the man! Sister bought me and electric start for my pick up. Can't speak of price, it was a Christmas gift. Tom answered all my questions, he was knowledgeable, friendly and said to call if I had questions. No issues and works great. I suggest you check them out and say hi to the cat.

Every time I've dealt with this place it's been top notch. What people have to understand is this mostly a one man show, with some occasional additional help. The owners always been super nice and willing to bend over backwards to help. He doesn't get in particularly early but he's willing to stay late for the most part, which is really nice for us working folk that cannot skip work to go to the local shop. He does top notch work for a great price. He also stands behind his work and guarantees everything. He doesn't carry a whole lot of stock, but he can get absolutely anything you want from $30,000 home entertainment systems to regular old car stereos and starters. I'm pretty sure that the shop has been around since the late 80s or early 90s also so this guy is not new at all. I highly recommend to all of your electronic needs.

Tom knew I had to leave the state soon, and installed my backup camera on my Prius. I had run the cable for the camera from the front facing camera and ran it through the trim inside my car. Fun fact! Google how to change a rear led on an older Prius. I simply don’t have the skills to complete the install. He was able to do the work Monday so I could get on the road.
