Katie in the service department is far beyond anyone I've ever dealt with when it comes to getting the maintenance done on my car. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got my car back all in one day after a leak with my engine oil. Everyone at the shop always does a great job and I will continue to bring my car back to this dealership for maintenance. They are dependable and honest people.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Katie deserves one. She was helpful, funny, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and down to earth. Shults is lucky to have her!

Recently bought a Jeep from Schults of Dunkirk. I mainly worked with Jen at the dealership and she was nothing but friendly and professional. She deserves a raise. I bought a slightly used Jeep and she described it exactly as that. Slightly used. There were a few small issues when I received the Jeep, but they were handled quickly and professionally. I received 5 star service from Jen buying a used vehicle from Shults. Highly recommend. PS: Jen, see you in Africa soon! Scott

Avoid this dealership, I recently purchased a f450 “as is”, yes I already knew the chance going in but I was told and assured nothing was wrong with the truck, and the check engine light would be fixed. I was surely mistaken as 20min after we left the check engine light popped up and when we got home we plugged our obd in and it revealed there was absolutely nothing done. I also reached out to the previous landscaping company that had this truck and they told me a couple issues that it had when selling, none of these were ever told to us in the purchase steps, Instead of a honest dealership they took advantage of two young hardworking 20 year old men trying to grow a business. Very disappointed and will not go back.

This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair. We drove 2 hours to purchase our High Country and it was definitely worth the effort. Bubba, Mike, and Brenton were fantastic!! Highly recommend.
