Ralph's Pennzoil

Went in for a simple noise near my exhaust pipe. Left the diagnostic appointment only to hear a clicking noise closer to the front of my vehicle. Their youngest employee did the evaluation and filled my tires as a courtesy so I'm guessing she is responsible for not plugging something back in. Only problem is, I didn't get a chance to tell Ralph about this because he began dodging my calls afterward when I attempted to schedule the actual repair. To call this an insult would be an understatement. I thought he was a respectable local repair shop but I guess times have changed.

Ralph fit me in for brakes and rotors, knowing I had to drive it to Buffalo where I work. He squeezed me in so I didn't have to drive it grinding so bad. His business is an excellent business with very reasonable prices. He cares about you and your safety. He's my lifetime mechanic. I wont go anywhere else now. Thank you soooooo much Ralph's Pennzoil. Ralph’s is awesome. He is a great guy and provides excellent service. I took my son’s car there to get an oil change and snow tires put on his car. Great place and definitely will be back.

Great friendly garage that does professional work. If they can not fix it, (Subaru Head gasket) they will help you find the best place that can. Ralph has been working on my cars for 8 years and I am always satisfied with the work they do.
