Call BMW roadside assistance. They said Mike should be there in about 90 minutes. He never showed and wouldn't respond to their calls. Had to get another service provider. It's a wonder this guy is still in business

Tried to scam me and my wife. Insurance company used them and Mike himself called me. Told me my insurance didn't cover the mileage and that it was $6 dollars a mole extra plus a $75 return trip fee. Complete scam thankfully I know better. Beware of this guy

Left me stranded, had a rental and they used him and now I can’t get a rental car because he shut his phones off and refused to pick up the car

Everything was fine until the moment when the crane driver notified me that I could ride with him. And I had to pay for transportation for me and supposedly $67.97 for supposedly passing 3 miles from my insurance limit. ???????????????????? ????????????????????

They have been towing cars from a local business and requesting cash if you don’t want it towed. I’ve heard they aren’t claiming the cash that they are stealing from people either. I wouldn’t trust them and would look for another tow company.
