It is not easy being a woman and having to deal with mechanics and body shops. Seems like the price goes up and the service goes down the minute you walk through the door. Not so with Chuck Gilbert. They do impeccable work and are completely professional. They understand being without your car is a pain and they make life easy. Today they fixed my car a day ahead of schedule, drove me home and delivered the fixed car to me the same day. It is beyond service. Thank you Chuck Gilbert! Insurance Claim/Hail Damage - Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here. They are amazing, from the first call, to picking up my car after repairs. They worked with my insurance company, I never even spoke to them. They kept me informed of my claims progress and time frame. They contacted and set up my car rental, even took me over to pick it up. They even returned it for me.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been here multiple times and each time everyone is nice respectful and always putting the client first. They are honest and really try to get you in and out as fast as they can. They even let me bring my car after hours just to get it done. They did an incredible job with my car. You cannot tell anything was ever repaired on it. They went the extra mile of detailing the entire interior of my car and even knew to keep my dogs sticks that he left in the car there. I cannot tell you what it means to have a place take care of your car in this way but also understand that some simple sticks and tennis balls are there for the dog. Great experience from the time I dropped my truck off to picking it up. They even took care of my rental vehicle for me. Repair was done before estimated time. Text messages were sent frequently alerting me to my trucks progression. Fantastic customer service! As an added bonus (beyond an excellent repair job) they wiped down and vacuumed the interior. Will definitely return with all my body shop needs.
