Iam heart broken to tell you all, Westmoreland DG staff yesterday was very disrespectful towards me and my little dog. She said my dog is not allowed there and cursed at me. Iam a older gentleman with PTSD from the war vet. And have an emotional support dog to keep me grounded now that am home. Gray long curly haired woman claims she's the manager. She should be fired on the spot. I'll never go there again.

I have to change my 1-star review to a 5-star review because of a woman named Paula who went above and beyond today. I went in to buy a bunch of Steam gift cards for my son that he wanted for Christmas not knowing there is now a limit on the amount of cards you can buy and that caused some confusion. I ended up with 1 card not working out of 6 and she fixed the problem ASAP.

Love this place... Has a little bit of everything. Seasonal stuff , reasonable prices. Staff always helpful. Lots of stuff to look thru.

I walked in around 8 o'clock to get some toilet paper. I made my way to the back and got what I needed, i turned the corner to head up front and almost did a full split because of a soaked floor. I looked around for some wet floor signs, I looked on both ends of the aisles and there was none. When I got to the counter I informed the cashier that they should put up some wet floor signs because I almost took a spill, she promptly points out a wet floor sign that sits in the front of the store just as u walk in. Mind you I live in this town, and know that that wet floor sign sits in the front of the store DAILY. So should we just always assume your floors will be soaking wet? The attitude wasn't needed, competency is definitely whats needed.
