I am from out of state working at the new stadium. On my way back to my hotel my truck started having some problems. I did not know where to go. I stopped in two places and all they could do was refer me to another place. I ended up at Walczak's auto service just before closing. I met Dennis. Not only did he say that he could take care of my truck. He gave me a ride to my hotel. He also recommended some place in the area to eat. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. He said since I was from out of town, that he wanted to help me out. And he really did. And I so appreciate it. My truck was repaired the next day. Thank you very much for your help. I would recommend Walczak's to anyone looking for service or repais.

Dennis and his team were very easy and straightforward to work with. I recently inherited a corvette from my father who passed away. Dennis was understanding of the situation and quoted me for future normal maintenance that would be needed going forward. He’s knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of your classic car and understands the level of care often associated with these classics. Highly recommend. They got me in and out for a NYS inspection within 30 minutes. They also provide dog therapy while you wait.

Rip off artist 250 for a tow from broadway way over priced then almost 200 for clean up 3 swipes with a broom and 1 shovel full that’s a joke avoid this place

Always there, even last minute, to take a look at my car. They're the only place to provide doggy therapy while you wait! Highly recommended.

Took us in when our tire blew in front of their shop. Excellent quick service and were super friendly! Their dog in the waiting lounge provided great company while we waited too! Would recommend to anyone!
