I called last week to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. I had a grinding noise on my driver side that I assumed was brakes or rotors and needed a professional to take a look. The car was in the shop maybe 20-30 minutes and they had an answer already. It ended up being a bit of rust on the rotor but nothing to be concerned with just yet. They gave me a full diagnostic, provided me with some options and allowed me to make an informed decision. No sales tactics, no sneaky deals or forced repairs. Very honest, hard working and knowledgeable people. Even though I didn’t need any work done today, their candor, professionalism and integrity earned a customer for life out of me. Thanks Strickland, other businesses could learn a few things from you guys. See you next time!

Excellent mechanic. Great communication, and they will never try to sell you something you do not need

I was referred here by family and I wasn’t disappointed. Eric and Kim seem like great people. Rarely do you have a major repair that’s completed on time without compromising quality. I’m very impressed with their work. I Will definitely return in the future.
