Shop opened late but it was Sunday. Absolutely zero issue. Tech was very good and provided excellent customer service.

I put 5 stars due to how fast and efficient they worked on my vehicle. The manager Jake personally worked on my vehicle and did it in a very timely fashion. Not only did Jake have wonderful customer service i didn't wait long and it was easy to get in and out ! Would definitely recommend to anyone! They do more than just tires. 😊

I am back again for the second time. Thank you for your rapid service. I was in for a state inspection. Highly recommended. I will definitely pass along my friends and family who ever need help. For some reason, Google only allows to rate one time per account. The last time I was in for suspension, the staff were amazing. Honest and straightforward, fast, and jumped in right away. Sorry.

If I could give more than a 5 star review i absolutely would!! Not only did they get me in right away! The manager Nick went above and beyond to personally make sure my concerns were taken care of! I am absolutely pleased and very grateful I chose to come here to Mr. tire! 10 stars!!!

Dropped my veh off for ck engine light code read p0132 high voltage in 02 sensor claimed they did a diagnostic test and just went ahead and changed the sensor got car back drove 2 miles light back on the tech scanned again said code p0420 showed up which is a bad cat. Converter this code never showed up on any scans I had done before or after taking it to the shop but when I scanned it the p0132 code is the only code showing up so I paid $640 for nothing including a$124 so called diagnostic test. And now he want $3400 for new Converter, took it to another shop that actually did a true diagnostic test it was a wire that was bad not the sensor and definitely not the Converter any good tech would have check the sensor first and go from there so I'm out $640 bucks because of a lazy or Incompetent tech I will be headed to small claims to try to get money back for a unnecessary repair stay away from this place
