I always have a positive experience with this location. The staff are honest and professional. They are fair with their work, bill for fair amounts of time and transparent. They take us out to show us what we need to know on my vehicle and never pressure us to have them do the work. They give us options and guidance if we prefer to do some work ourselves. I can not say enough how pleased we are as we have had very poor experiences at other mechanics so have plenty to compare to. Thanks for being reliable!

I was recommended by my neighbor/personal mechanic to Monroe after having poor experiences driving in the snow after purchasing new tires 2 years ago that proved to be cheap/ineffective tires from a previous tire corporation that nearly costed my life. I appreciated Larry’s and (I believe Devon?) professional help to guide me to find the best snow tires to give me piece of mind to not freak out when it snow for pretty much 6 months or more a year in Buffalo.
