Ken and Barb the owners and son are a great team. Small family business that goes the extra mile explaining what needs to be done. I have taken one old turbo 350 in for rebuild that’s shift flawlessly and they also serviced my wife’s 2021 Tahoe transmission. Family owned and operated chooses quality over quantity, weather its higher priced than the other ding dongs in the area or not, honestly goes along way ..... and they treat everyone that walks through that door with dignity and respect as it should be but not all shops are like that ..............
View on GoogleThis company was very friendly and trustworthy. I took my car to Continental Transmission last month for a check engine light and they advised that my whole transmission needed to be replaced for 2,500$. Ken’s diagnosed my car with having a faulty speed sensor, and fixed my car for $200. Extremely polite people, it may have taken a bit longer to fix than expected, but completely worth it. Thank you for being an honest repair shop.

View on GoogleA nice family owned and operated shop. Extremely honest and fair in repair charges. Case in point: I took my Plymouth Grand Voyager there. Its problem was that it would sporadically go into Creep mode. Hoping it would not need a new transmission, I was told it only needed a solenoid...that being a $65 repair bill. Since then I have taken my sons SUV there as well as my Fathers minivan. Ken does regular repairs as well. He explains everything and is very fair priced and again did I say honest ! His wife Barb is the front-end greeter and cashier. She always greets you with a smile and is very sweet and personable. Kens shop is usually busy, so he may not get to your vehicle right away....but to me, busy means this shop is good because he is good! I would recommend Ken's Village Transmission Shop in Depew, New York.
