I was here for Allignment for my 2014 Freightliner . I did set up Appointment with Guy couple day before the device date . I came to the location and parked on the front side of the shop but then saw two trucks parked behind the shop and I thought that is the right parking spot for trucks . As I moved to the back and parked Guy approached me yelling and cursing and I was surprised . I tried to explain and won’t listen . He was furious the i parked there and kept saying this is my house and if you come to someone’s house you don’t come through the back yard . I said I understand but this is business place and I brought business for you I can move to the front parking you don’t have to be disrespectful. The lot was full of ice and my truck got stuck . There is no waiting area in the parts / service shop and guy asked me to leave or use a small stool . He mocked and yelled couple times but I didn’t want loose my cool. Finally , after 2 and half hours of tediously waiting on the stool , Guy said I am done and I checked out with him . I asked couple questions about what they found and what they did . All he had to say was we adjusted it. It was like interrogations with just one short answer . I paid and left hoping that the issue on my truck is solved . No , nothing changed on the truck still the same as when I brought in . No explanation or recommendation and no information , $162 for steer Allignment - fair price but nothing done ! I feel disrespected and mocked . If you are coming for parts I have to be honest Guy looks knowledgeable as I saw him serve couple customers . For service , that was my experience - rough attitude , dishonest , belittling and lack of consideration for customers . Guy , if you are the owner you got to change fir the sake of your business . If you are employee , you either hate your job or there is something else going on in your life that your have brought to your work place . My advise for you is treat people as you would like to be treated .

Guy is very knowledgeable and great customer service along with carrying parts that you need through the snow season if you're in the business. Excellent work! Run as fast as you can away from kaminski's!! They were three inches off on my back blade installation and wiring was crossed. Called kaminsky's 5 x not one return call!! Call guy once and you get a return call!. THANK YOU!

I went to International spring to get springs for my 2500 GMC just to make sure I got the right parts I brought the old leaf springs with me even though they have the old Springs to measure up they still sold me the wrong leaf springs and I had to go there twice and return them great job guys!

They get me in and out in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable and transparent.
