These guys were spot on !!!! Found a Nissan Rogue to test drive in our budget..they let us take it to our mechanic. Our mechanic checked it out said was a great deal..we bought it it came with 11 yrs of mechanic work done there. Alot of new parts they put on. The whole experience was a 10..so I give these guys 10 stars********* I would recommend anyone to go & see what they have in your budget. Drive away happy. Can't thank them enough for all they did for us..Thank you 1st Choice!!!!

Brought my 2013 Honda CR-V in on 2/6/26 for a cold start rattle that the shop fixed the year before with an after market part. I left a note that the VTC actuator was the likely culprit. The manager insisted it was a VVT solenoid instead, and was so sure about it that he gave me his guarantee that he was "99.9% certain" that this was the fix. He was so certain it would fix the rattle, he admittedly told me he purchased the solenoid the day before and hadn't looked at the car yet! When I picked the car up, I made sure to get a video because I was certain the rattle would still exist. The engine rattled on start up on their own property. I called back Monday, and they finally agreed to replace the actuator with a genuine OEM Honda part like I previously asked. This was at no charge because it was covered under warranty. After the repair I suggested in the first place, the rattle ceased and the car was repaired. When I requested a refund, I was met with aggressive calls and texts. Would not recommend.

We all look for the same things in life. Love, safety, integrity, honesty, and friendship. These are all things you can find when you go and meet the fine Gentlemen at First Choice Auto. The welcoming feeling you get when you step in the lobby of their shop is second to none. As previous reviews have stated, they lead the pack in fair and honest auto care. People just like all of us trying to get through life, make a living, and take care of others win the process. I was introduced to them by my Dad and for decades they have ensured that my family have safe maintained vehicles to drive on the road. Always understanding the financial balls we all must juggle and fixing what needs to be done to get us safely in our way, but also having the foresight to see problems before they develop. My Son is now the 3rd generation taking his car for service there and will continue as long as they are around. Anybody that knows Pete and Jimmy understand what I’m saying and would wholeheartedly agree. If you ever need anything repaired on your vehicles do not even hesitate to give them a call. Just be prepared to become part of the First Choice Family and gain some friends for life.

Me and everyone in my family come here to get our cars serviced. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very kind and I’ve always been able to get in quickly whenever I need help. They are extremely transparent with their recommendations and prices are always reasonable. When I got an inspection, they sent a document explaining all of the findings with pictures they took of my car. Super trustworthy and definitely worth calling if you need any kind of service!!

Could not be happier. Would give 10 stars if I could . No bs great customer service fair prices.
