⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10. I genuinely cannot recommend Depew Automotive enough. You don't expect to walk away from a mechanic shop feeling this impressed, but after two visits, I can honestly say I've found my mechanic for life. To understand why this review is so glowing, you have to understand that I have serious anxiety when it comes to cars. Every single vehicle I've owned has been a money pit, and I've had some unfortunate experiences that left me feeling overwhelmed and taken advantage of. On my most recent visit, my car actually died in the street just before I could pull into the shop!! I was stressed, embarrassed, and honestly panicking. From the moment I arrived, Sam completely changed that experience. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and explain every issue to me plainly in language even my hyper anxious brain could understand. Sam answered every question without making me feel silly, and reassured me throughout the entire process. He even managed to make me laugh a few times when I was convinced I was about to get terrible news. As someone who knows next to nothing about cars, being treated with patience, honesty, and respect meant more than I can put into words. I also want to give credit to the entire team. Everyone worked together seamlessly, got my "Frankenstein" of a car back on the road quickly, fit me into their schedule faster than I expected, and charged a price that I felt was more than fair. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, I just felt genuinely cared for. I walked into the shop incredibly anxious and left feeling completely at ease. That kind of trust is priceless to me as a woman who has had her fair share of bad experiences. Great place if you’re looking for fast and reliable service. Worked with Sam to get my brakes fixed and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place especially Sam if you’re looking for some help.

Awesome people, fast service. I called 20 other places to get an inspection on the day - I never had a problem before but that seems to be a thing now. they got me in inside an hour. definitely recommend them.

The wire of the connector socket for my car's right headlight was broken, so it needed to be replaced. I bought the socket and brought it to him. He said he needed an hour to do the job. I was in a bind at the time and had no choice but to have him fix it. The whole thing took a total of 5 minutes. He charged me $81 for 5 minutes of labor. He's a complete opportunist and unreliable.

Driving from the Adirondacks to Buffalo, lost the brakes (FR) on my 2013 F-150. Called - shop was open till 7:30pm on a Friday!! - limped my way over. The owner, Mr T, has an extremely busy shop, the price of being good at what you do!!. He immediately knew what needed to be fixed, told me it would be ready by noon the next day (open till 7:30pm on Saturday too) -- and it was! Great experience, good people, fair prices - what more could one ask!!:):)
