As far as an easy, enjoyable and helpful experience Justin made getting our 97’ Altima simple and easy. We obviously got this car knowing itll need some love and absolutely dont have any regrets driving an hour to get it. Without a doubt the easiest and simplest car buying experience we’ve had and im glad i went to this dealer for it. We werent looking for anything fancy, just a simple and reliable car to put on the road. Justin helped us get just that and we havent had any complications at all. If your looking for a vehicle to get yourself going, this is the dealer to visit!

I have used Justin @ All Wheel Auto on numerous Subaru Maintance issues and repairs on cars I’ve owned over the past 5-6 years. His honesty and attention to detail is much better than what you will find at a Subaru dealer. Turn around times have been on point and he always keeps me informed throughout the process no matter how big or small the job is. After using All Wheel Auto the other Subaru dealers and shops in cny seem mediocre at best. Give Justin a call you won’t be disappointed 😎

Photos were carefully taken to make the vehicle look clean and in good shape, but when I arrived after driving over an hour, I found severe water damage, mold on the ceiling, and deep stains that were conveniently missing from the pictures. The vehicle was not as described. While there, I test-drove a second vehicle listed on Marketplace as being in “excellent condition to drive.” It had a failing belt and a visible coolant leak. When I raised these concerns—as well as other safety issues across multiple vehicles—the seller, who had been friendly through messaging, quickly became dismissive. I was told, “I got a shop that’ll pass it,” and “It’s cheap, you get what you get.” Several other vehicles on the lot had tires worn below the legal NYS minimum tread depth (2/32”), and one had a cracked windshield. Each time I pointed out a defect, the response was the same. This isn’t just cutting corners—it reflects an unethical and potentially illegal business practice. Passing cars through inspection despite obvious safety violations endangers buyers and everyone else on the road. I’ve since found at least one other review raising concerns about reliability and dishonesty. I don’t expect perfection at this price point, but I do expect transparency—and I didn’t find that here.

The quality of customer care and service is amazing, solid 12/10. The people here are genuine and have more concern and go out of their way for customers in a way I've never seen. I also absolutely love the vehicle I brought home. No doubt I will be returning for all my future needs. Edit: it has been almost 3 years with my subaru from All Wheel Auto, and with minimal maintenance it's still kicking. If you ever aren't sure about stopping in and you read this review, you should stop off. The owner is a cool dude, and so is the rest of his family/crew that keeps the place going.

I was blown away by the commitment and honesty of Justin. He will tell it to you straight, he is not the typical slimy used car dealer just looking for a sale. It was definitely worth the drive out to Mexico NY to work a deal with an actual car guy who happens to be a family man that sells some pretty decent used cars.
