So most important thing especially with cars is honesty. The owner is super sharp and a knowledgeable professional, who is just plain honest. He's up front and never tries to sell you something you don't need. That I appreciate, and keeps bringing me back. If its safe and I can get more mileage out of a part he tells you and looks out for your pocket book. At the same time, this is a business in the field to make money and pay good employees their rightful wage. I'm returning because he's one of the few who honor their work and honoring your work brings in more business, new business. I travel 30min for great service. Thank You! Todd

Got my diesel truck inspected on short notice. Although their schedule was busy they quickly accommodated me. The shop was clean, professional and kind staff. I recommend and will go back for any vehicle needs.

They were all awesome here. I came in with a flat tire and they tried to do everything they can to help me, including calling other service shops. I definitely recommend this garage if you’re looking to be treated right and fairly.

Had to have my timing belt replaced as scheduled. He looked at the car, gave me a price and we set the appointment. There were some issues with the delivery of the required part(s), but it certainly wasn't their fault. They notified me about the delay in a timely manner and didn't leave me hanging, which is so much appreciated! The price came in pretty much spot on with no surprises. I've always known he was a great mechanic but I'd never used him before he moved into the new place, making it more convenient for me. I'll be going back, for sure!

Pen and the folks at Shephards are the best! I just stopped by with a super minor problem (loose star bolt on a door hinge) and they helped me out. I use them all the time for oil changes and inspections. Plus their tire prices basically match Tire Rack.
