I got it back after a month, that’s okay, that didn’t bother me too much. What was unsatisfactory was the interior was horrendous. There was a lot of white residue in the inside of my vehicle. To my knowledge, absolutely no detailing was conducted when they informed of the my vehicle’s being finished. There were bolts not tightened as when I drove off I heard a very loud screeching sound cause from my rear number rubbing off the road. There were bolts not tightened back in my rear passenger seats. I took it straight back & luckily they fixed that. Unfortunately the interior of my vehicle was still dirty. Attention to detail would be nice, customer service was nice & professional, but whatever is happening the shop. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ 0 stars would be highly recommended.

I've never had a worse experience with any business. I used Carbone Collision because their repairs are guaranteed via my insurance. All my car needed was paint repair on two doors after it had been keyed and scratched. This is a brand new 2021 Nissan rogue which I'd purchased in 01/2022. Carbone called me on 05/18/22 to tell me my vehicle's paint repair was complete. When I inspected the vehicle I found that they'd left the vehicle filthy inside. They'd left all sorts of white dusty substance all over the vehicle. The interior is black so you literally can't miss it. An employee looked at the vehicle and agreed that it was supposed to be detailed and the external issues in the paint and so-on was unacceptable. So, we left if for another day for them to clean it. 05/19 rolls around and I'm told it's complete again. I arrived at the shop after work and upon inspection it was most certainly not cleaned. So that brings us to today, the third day in which Carbone told me this vehicle was completed. Now, the interior is definitely cleaner than it was, but there is discoloration of the steering wheel that wasn't' there before, a sizable dent in the detailing that wasn't there before, and that's just the interior (which they again did not fully clean the white substance from). On the outside, nearly every single surface has scratches in it. I'm including pictures. There's dried WHITE paint on my BLACK vehicle in several spots. My brand new car looks like it's at least three years old, when it's literally brand new off the lot as of 01/22. I'm reporting them to my insurance. This was only supposed to be an easy paint repair, and instead my vehicle looks worse now than when it was vandalized! EDIT: I just wanted to give a shout out to Chelsea (hope I spelled it right) who was the only Carbone employee that was helpful and I greatly appreciate her. Other than Chelsea, this is the worst experience and they completely ruined the exterior and interior of my vehicle.

Someone hit my car when they ran a red light. Smashed up the whole pass side. They had my car in and out within two weeks, and it looks beautiful!

My truck has been to carbone collision on 2 separate occasions for 2 different things. I had a few small issues and the rectified them and went above and beyond. Their customer service is top notch and the communication with them was great. I highly recommend.

Hit a deer, brought my car to get fixed, now everytime I take a hard turn the lights telling me my safety system isn't working comes on! *Edit* Sorry for the bad review. Your tech who showed me the problem was awesome! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a piece of information that should have been relayed to me about an oil leak when I picked up the car, and some of the body work is honestly just OK. I found some paint drippage on the hood and the plastic cladding on front fender isn't tight to the body like it was before the accident. But I'm picky and the imperfections are mostly unnoticeable.
