Im glad my mechanic Madison from Long Island Care Care Center recommended this place for repairing damaged bumper of my car. Tom and his staff walked me through all the steps how and were get a rental while they call estimator and even the. They took care or little things i didnt need to ask for. At the end my 11 years old car looked like it just came out from salon. They applied paint on all the small chips and dents my care sustained over the years. Tom also took care of few minor mechanical things i had going on in my care like it was nothing. Ive tried this place only once but if something happened again to my car id take it there.

I have been using Radiance exclusively for at least 15 years now. Tommy and his crew are top notch. The work is always beautiful and they leave you with nothing to worry about during times that are often terrible. Lucy at the desk is a total pro working with the insurance companies. We recently had a fender bender and immediately took the vehicle to their shop. Within just hours of the incident, Lucy had contacted the other insurance company and had the verdict that the other driver had accepted 100% liability, and work began immediately. In all of my years going to Tommy, I have never had to bring a car back for any imperfections in the body work, and I am a critical person. You will always get your car back in better condition than before the accident that you had. Sparkling clean. Awesome people.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 20 STARS!! Going to Radiance was the best car repair experience I've ever had. Lucy in the office is amazing ... helpful, communicative, friendly, goes out of her way. The body work was perfect!! I have a 2013 Elantra GT that I love and don't want to replace yet, I keep it super clean, but the front bumper had multiple scrapes, a big crack, and worn off paint - it never looked good. Got it fixed by Tommy and team - at a phenomenal price - and the car looks new!! When I picked it up, it'd been cleaned and detailed. It looks freaken amazing. An all around fantastic experience, I can't recommend Radiance highly enough.

Car got hit in a hit & run, but man oh man did Radiance turn a horrible experience into a great one by taking great care of my car thanks again !

I just got my car back today from Radiance. First time my car has been there. I don't write reviews much but this one is well deserved. I can't say enough about how amazing this place is!! Not only do they treat you like family, but the level of detail going above and beyond taking care of your car is unmatched! I'd give 6 stars if I could. My husband's car was also fixed there not long ago--they also did an amazing job with his car too! Now, it looks like we have two brand new cars (and mine is a 2013)! Thank you!!!
