Unbelievable experience. Frank was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The communication was hands down the best I’ve ever had with a mobile service. The price was also great and less than originally quoted. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know based on my experience. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with them and the service I received. Honestly, way more than 5 stars in my opinion. I had no previous relationship with them, found them through a google search…. What a great company to work with. Use them and you will see, how truly great they are!

I brought my 2009 hino flatbed tow truck here for a wiring problem but the part that the service advisor Brian said we need isn’t made by hino anymore so we can’t get our hands on it which I don’t blame anymore for. However when I picked up my truck it wasn’t put back together. Fender Liner was off , fuse box wasn’t put back together properly , & come to find out they took my registration out which they mailed to me after (didn’t contact me to pickup , just mailed). I had to pay $1200 “diagnostic” fee to get told what I already knew. When I brought the truck back for them to put together I noticed none of my lights was working which they would work on and off but this time not working at all since they touched the truck. I asked them about it and they said it’s not fixable because of the harness we need. The same day my dad fixed the lights and it worked. My experience overall was horrible . It’s ridiculous how I had to pay over $1200 to pickup my truck in worst condition than I left it. I would give these people 0 stars if it was possible.

The crew at Mobile Mechanics are great. The technicians are professional, know what they're doing, and are great at diagnosing, fixing, and then communicating everything to me. The guys in the office are very responsive and accommodate every request I ask of them. Invoices and inspection reports are produced promptly, which is very much appreciated. The convenience of having them come to my yard rather than drive every vehicle in my fleet over to a shop is fantastic. Very strong recommend for these guys!

I had a great experience. The staff is very polite and very knowledgeable. They were very quick which was nice. Another shop wanted me to wait two weeks before they would look at my vehicle and Mobile Auto Mechanics was able to get me in and out same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
